Supporting Waldorf schools is supporting a vision of human potential—growth, transformation, and the power to shape the world. Waldorf education helps each child discover their unique gifts, contributing to the greater good of society.

After nearly 15 years of experience in admissions, my personal mission is to strengthen recruitment and admission practices, ensuring more children experience the magic of Waldorf education and grow with purpose, wonder, and the belief that they can shape the future.

Outreach brings the message to specific communities and individuals.
It is about connecting with new or underrepresented communities, fostering relationships, and increasing visibility, typically before the marketing or recruitment process starts.
Marketing is about conveying the school’s values, offerings, and unique identity to a broad audience, generating interest and desire for what the school offers.
Marketing casts a wide net to raise awareness.
Recruitment converts interest into action, guiding people through to becoming members of the school community. It's about moving interested individuals into applicants.
I focus on building relationships and trust, addressing questions and concerns, and supporting families as they move through the application and/or enrollment process.
Admissions is about managing the application process, evaluating candidates, and making decisions about who is offered a spot in your program. It’s the formal, administrative phase that follows recruitment.
I can support you as you develop admissions policies, internal processes, and strategy. My goal is to always design systems that are ethical, consistent, efficient, and effective.
Enrollment management refers to the strategic process toa admit, retain, and graduate children with the institution’s goals and resources.

Grounded in the school’s mission, but focused on reaching new heights.
Over the course of 6 months and 8 one-hour sessions, we will collaborate to develop a recruitment strategy that aligns with your school’s mission and growth objectives. We will focus on refining messaging, designing effective campaigns, and analyzing local demographics to create a child-centered marketing plan tailored to your school’s specific needs.
This package includes compensation for our meeting time, as well as my independent research and analysis of your current strategy and content.

Symbolizing transparency, smooth transitions, and the clarity of streamlined processes.
We will partner for one year, through 12 one-hour sessions, to evaluate and refine your admissions and recruitment processes. Our focus will be on enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, consistency, ethics, and clarity. By streamlining these systems, we aim to make it easier for new staff to step in seamlessly, allowing your educators to focus on what they do best—teaching—rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks. This will support a smoother, more effective school experience for both staff and families.

Creating a seamless connection between promises and experiences within the school community.
We’ll partner for one year, with 24 one-hour sessions, to ensure your messaging aligns with the real experience of families and students, helping you operate from a place of integrity. This includes refining internal communications, the application process, and the review process. My goal is to create harmony between what you promise families and what they experience, strengthening trust and fostering a deeper connection within your school community.
