My truth?
As a child, I wanted to be a professional friend.
I didn’t have the language for it then, but I knew I was here to witness people. I need to hold space for their dreams, their questions, and the quiet truths they carry.
That thread has followed me through every chapter of my life. In college, I fell in love with the idea that multiple truths can exist at once. I was drawn to the beauty of human complexity; how we each carve our own path to meaning, guided by something deeper.
Years later, on a retreat in Costa Rica, I participated in a plant medicine ceremony that brought everything into focus. In that stillness, I saw clearly: joy and alignment with self are what matter most. That insight reoriented my life. I knew I wanted to help others come home to themselves, too.
Through my work in higher education, organizational change, and now through Wayshower Consulting, I’ve been privileged to walk alongside people in moments of transformation. I’ve learned that when we lead with authenticity, when we’re clear on who we are and what we value, everything naturally begins to align.
