Through process improvement and with an eye for efficiency, I will design a recruitment plan and admissions work flow that is methodical, cost-effective, and stable. The hope is less attention focused on student recruitment will allow the school to dedicate less time to admissions work and more time to directly supporting enrolled students and faithful facutly + staff.

My goal is to match students with the school that will best serve them on their educational journey. Part of that work is helping schools best understand the type of student they most effectively serve and creating a recruitment plan that positions the school to find and interact with their ideal student match.
